Privacy Policy

Who we are

This policy covers trietech.io, the website of Trie Technologies LLC, based in Ivyland, Pennsylvania. Questions go to contact@trietech.io. It does not cover our mobile apps, which have their own policies.

What we collect

• Contact form. If you use the form on our For engineers page, we receive the name, email address, topic, and message you enter, plus the time you sent it. The form sends this to Trie Technologies by email, through a Google service.
• Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.
• Booking a call. Our "Book a free 20-minute call" buttons open a Google Calendar booking page. Google collects the details you enter there (such as your name and email) and shares them with us so we can hold the call. Google's own privacy policy applies to that page.
• Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.

This website has no user accounts. We do not ask for payment details or sensitive personal information on it.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies, and it does not set cookies of its own. If you click through to the Google Calendar booking page, Google's own cookies and policies apply there.

How we use it

• To reply to your message or request and to hold calls you book.
• To keep records of our business conversations.
• To keep the site running and secure.

If you contact us, we may follow up about your inquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only so they can provide that service:

• Google: call booking (Google Calendar), email (Google Workspace), and delivering contact form messages to us.
• Cloudflare: website hosting and security.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and booking details for as long as we need them to respond to you and for our normal business records.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing contact@trietech.io. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date below.
